Ingredients:-
Mogo:
1 long thick mogo (approx 1kg), cut into small rectangular pieces
Water to boil
1 tablespoon salt or to taste
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Lemon chutney:
Combine the following in a bowl and mix well:
5 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon salt or salt to taste
Instructions:-
Mogo:
In a pressure cooker, add water, salt , turmeric powder and mogo pieces.
Whistle it thrice or until soft.
Now with the help of brush, apply oil and air fry it for 15-20 minutes or until desired brown color.
You can also deep fry them or bake them in the oven, if you dont have air fryer.
Serve it with lemon chutney.
