Ingredients:-
350 grams dark chocolate
45 grams butter
200 grams sugar
300 grams all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup milk
100 grams chocolate chips
Instructions:-
In a bowl, melt dark chocolate and butter and let it cool completely.
Now add sugar, baking powder, vanilla essence and milk into it and mix.
Now add flour slowly and make a soft dough and refrigerate it.
Preheat the oven at 175 degree C.
Take a small portion of the dough from the refrigerator and press it to a cookie shape.
Top the cookie with some chocolate chips and arrange them in a greased tray.
Bake for 10-12 minutes and remove from the oven.
Let it cool for about 10 minutes or until the cookies are firm.
Tips:
Refrigerate the remaining dough while the batch is baking. Remove as needed.
You can add any toppings of your choice.
