Coconut Balls

Ingredients:-

  • 14 oz / 400 grams desiccated coconut

  • 1/3 cup / 50 grams extra desiccated coconut

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

  • Any food color (optional)


Instructions:-


  • Place the 400 grams of desiccated coconut in a bowl and pour the sweetened condensed milk over it.

  • Then add a pinch of food color of your choice (optional).

  • Using a spatula, mix everything together.

  • Roll a tablespoon worth of the coconut mixture into balls.

  • Now roll each ball in the remaining 50 grams of shredded coconut.

  • Leave the balls in the fridge for half an hour and serve chilled!!!
