💛 INGREDIENTS 💛
For crackling spinach:
4 cups spinach, chopped
3 tablespoons corn flour
Oil for frying
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon green chili, finely chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
For paneer:
250 grams paneer, cubes
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon green chili paste
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tablespoons cornflour + 2 cups water
💚 INSTRUCTIONS 💚
For crackling spinach:
Mix cornflour and chopped spinach well until nicely coated.
Fry it in a very hot oil until crispy (in small batches)
In a pan, heat oil.
Add green chilies and fried spinach to it.
Add soy sauce, sugar, salt & pepper to it.
Toss it well. And sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
For paneer:
In a pan, heat oil.
Add in paneer cubes, green chili paste, ginger paste, soy sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, sugar , salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Add the mixture of corn flour and water.
Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Serve immediately with crispy spinach.
