32 mini phyllo sheets
16 teaspoons brie cheese
16 teaspoons cranberry sauce
Crushed pistachios
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
💛 INSTRUCTIONS 💛
Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
Keep all the sheets under a damp cloth to prevent drying out.
Work with two sheets at a time.
Place 1 teaspoon of Brie, 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce, and then sprinkle some crushed pistachio over it.
Fold the two sides over then roll into a cylinder/cigar shape.
Brush with melted butter to seal the edges as you roll.
Place them onto a baking tray.
Bake cigars until the brie is melted or until golden brown and crispy.
Top with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
