💛 Ingredients 💛
36 small square spring roll pastry sheet
250 grams paneer, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup green capsicum, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup red-yellow capsicum, small cubes
1/4 cup sweet corn (optional), boiled
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon green chili paste
1-2 tablespoons of coriander, chopped
1 tablespoon mint chutney
1 tablespoon oil
Butter/ milk to grease
Hariyali paste:
Combine the following in a blender and blend it:
2 cups spinach
1/2 cup coriander
2 green chilies
Salt to taste
Few drops of lemon juice
💚 Instructions 💚
In a big bowl, add paneer, capsicums, sweetcorn if using, haryali paste, mint chutney, salt, pepper, chaat masala, garam masala, and pav bhaji masala.
Marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
In a pan, heat oil and add in ginger paste, green chili paste, and marinated paneer mix.
Saute until all the water is evaporated.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Now layer up 3 spring roll sheets, at different angles from each other making a star shape.
Add around 1 tablespoon of paneer mix in the center and bring all the sides into each other making a parcel shape.
Brush all the sides with butter.
Now in a greased cupcake baking tray, put all the parcels and bake them until golden brown.
Serve hot with mint chutney, ketchup, or any sauce of your choice.
