💛 INGREDIENTS 💛
Pancake batter:
1 cup oats flour
2 tablespoons wheat flour
1 banana, pureed
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon soda bicarb
Pinch of salt
Butter for cooking
Serve with:
Blueberries
Raspberries
Strawberries
Chocolate chips
Maple syrup/ honey
Milk
💚 INSTRUCTIONS 💚
In a deep bowl, mix and whisk all the ingredients except butter to make a batter.
Heat a non-stick pan, brush some butter, and put droplets of the batter on the pan, once there are bubbles on top, you flip them and cook them on the other side.
Once cooked remove in a bowl.
Serve with fruits, maple syrup or any condiments of your choice!
