💛 INGREDIENTS 💛
250 grams paneer, crumbled or grated
2 tablespoons ghee
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon cumin
1 cup capsicum, chopped
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon green chili paste
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
3 teaspoons red chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin-coriander powder
2 teaspoons garam masala
Salt to taste
Pinch of black pepper powder(optional)
1/2 cup coriander, finely chopped
💚 INSTRUCTIONS 💚
In a large pan/kadai, heat ghee, oil and saute cumin seeds till they turn aromatic.
Now add green chili and ginger paste.
Add tomatoes & capsicums and saute till they turn soft and mushy.
Now add red chili powder, cumin-coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, pepper, and salt.
Mix on low flame for a minute.
Add in crumbled paneer and mix gently.
Cover and simmer for few minutes till the paneer gets cooked well. do not overcook paneer, as they turn hard and chewy.
Now add butter and coriander leaves.
Mix gently, making sure everything is combined well.
Serve paneer bhurji hot with chapati or paratha.
