💛 INSTRUCTIONS 💛
Frying Paneer:
In a bowl, mix corn flour, all-purpose flour, salt, pepper, and water. Make a lump-free thick batter.
Add in paneer cubes and coat them well.
Heat oil and fry the coated paneer until golden brown.
Remove in a paper towel and set aside.
Making Sauce:
In a wok, heat oil.
Add in ginger & green chili paste. Saute for a few seconds.
Further, add in all the capsicum cubes followed by all the sauces, salt, pepper, and sugar. Saute for a minute.
Now add water and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Now slowly pour in corn flour slurry by stirring it constantly.
Once the sauce is thick, add fried paneer and chopped basil. Mix until well combined. (You can adjust the thickness of the sauce as per your requirement. Add more water if you want runny gravy or add more slurry if want it dry.)
Serve this lip-smacking hot paneer in basil soy sauce immediately.
Enjoy it with fried rice or butter naan or as it is.
