Panko Mozzarella Sticks

💛 Ingredients 💛

  • 200 grams mozzarella cheese, cut into 6 sticks

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs

  • Oil for Deep Frying


💚 Instructions 💚

  • In a bowl; mix all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper powder, Italian seasoning, required water, and make a lump-free batter. And keep it aside.

  • On a plate, spread panko bread crumbs.

  • Take a mozzarella cheese stick, dip in the batter mixture and then coat in the panko bread crumbs.

  • Again dip in the batter mixture and then coat in panko bread crumbs and keep aside.

  • Now keep all the sticks in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  • Heat the oil in a deep pan, and fry all the sticks until golden brown.

  • Remove the fried panko mozzarella sticks on a paper towel and transfer them to the serving plate, sprinkle some Italian seasoning and serve with your favorite sauce.
