💛 Ingredients 💛
3 large papdi pieces, you can small too.
3-4 tablespoons potato, boiled and cubed
3-4 tablespoons tomato, chopped
3-4 tablespoons capsicum, chopped
2 tablespoons coriander chutney
2 tablespoons tamarind chutney
1 tablespoon red chili chutney
salt & red chili powder to taste
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
1 tablespoon chopped coriander
4-5 tablespoons sweet yogurt (optional)
1/4 cup fine sev
1 tablespoon pomegranate arils, to garnish
💚 Instructions 💚
Arrange papdi on a plate.
Pour the sweet yogurt on the top of papdi if using.
Top with potatoes, tomatoes, and capsicum.
Drizzle coriander chutney, chili chutney, and tamarind chutney on top.
Sprinkle salt, red chili powder, chaat masala, chopped coriander, and fine sev on top.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
Serve immediately.
