Ingredients:-
Chili paste:
Combine the following in the blender and blend it into a smooth paste:
250 grams red bullet chillies
Water as required
Chutney:
2 tablespoons Chili paste
1 teaspoon Red chili powder
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons corn starch / potato starch (to make farali)
1 teaspoon white vinegar
Salt to taste
Water as required
Instructions:-
Combine all the chutney ingredients into a glass bowl and mix it well.
Microwave it for 1 minute, and stir it every 15 seconds to avoid any lumps due to starch.
Or you can cook it in a pan too by stirring it continuously.
Tips:
You can freeze the bullet chili paste up till one month.
Make sure you wear gloves while making the paste as the chilies are very hot.
