Tricolor Fruit Shrikhand


💛 INGREDIENTS 💛

  • 1.5 cups chilled greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup fine sugar or powdered sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder (optional)

  • 4-5 slices of tangerine

  • 4-5 slices of kiwi

  • Few blueberries (I have used these fruits for the tricolor challenge but you can use any fruits of your choice)


💚 INSTRUCTIONS 💚

  • In a mixing bowl, take the chilled greek yogurt.

  • Add fine sugar or powdered sugar. Add sugar according to your taste.

  • Add cardamom to it.

  • With a wire whisk, mix them with the yogurt, as well as beat the yogurt until it becomes smooth.

  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to a couple of hours. You can also keep it overnight.

  • Decorate with sliced fruits and serve.

  • (If you are using fruits of your choice, chop them into small cubes and mix with plain shrikhand while serving)
