💚 INGREDIENTS 💚
3 cups of Rigatoni(or any pasta of your choice), boiled.
Wasabi Pesto:
Combine the following in a blender and blend it into a smooth sauce:
1.5 cup basil
1/2 cup spinach
1/4 cup pistachio
1 teaspoon miso paste
2 teaspoon wasabi paste
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
💛 INSTRUCTIONS 💛
In a pan, mix wasabi pesto sauce and boiled rigatoni until well combined.
Cook for a few minutes. Add water and salt if needed.
Serve hot with some parmesan cheese and herb bread or as it is. Enjoy!
